The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sulfide solid-state electrolyte that could decrease the reaction resistance with respect to an active material. The sulfide solid-state electrolyte has a weight loss rate of 2.6-9.6% when being heated from 25ºC to 400ºC in thermogravimetric analysis performed at a heating rate of 10ºC/min. It is preferable that the sulfide solid-state electrolyte contain a lithium (Li) element, a phosphorus (P) element, a sulfur (S) element, a halogen (X) element, and an oxygen (O) element. In addition, the sulfide solid-state electrolyte is preferably manufactured by mixing a sulfide solid-state electrolyte with a compound possessing water of crystallization.
