PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo device sensing system which is connected to an in-vivo device and a remote device by telecommunication and is applied to the medical industry to acquire physiological information in the body. A main body, a calculation module 11, and at least one antenna module 12 are provided. The main body is attached to the user. The calculation module is telecommunications connected to the remote device 3. The antenna module is provided in the main body and is telecommunications-connected to the in-vivo device and the calculation module, and the antenna module has a plurality of antenna units 121. The plurality of antenna units receive the coordinate signals transmitted from any one antenna unit, and the calculation module receives the plurality of coordinate signals and performs calculations to generate coordinate calibration information. Any one antenna unit receives the source signal transmitted from the in-vivo device, the calculation module receives the plurality of source signals, and the calculation module calculates the plurality of source signals and coordinate calibration information. The sensing information is generated, and the remote device receives and displays the sensing information. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
