Embodiments of the present application disclose a method for constructing a test scenario library, an electronic device, and a medium which relate to a field of autonomous driving technology and may be used in a field of autonomous parking. The specific implementation is: determining (S110, S410) scenario categories of scenario elements, the scenario categories including a perceptual-type or a policy-type; selecting (S120, S220, S420) policy-type elements from the scenario elements each with the determined scenario category; constructing (S130, S430) a test scenario library according to the policy-type elements; and verifying (S140) the test scenario library, and updating the test scenario library according to a verification result.
