Multilingual information system for large-scale commercial facilities

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilingual information by videos, sounds, and subtitle super telop, via a code EX (two-dimensional code) (R) as a medium, to foreign tourists carrying smartphone portable terminals, to realize a multilingual information system for large-scale commercial facilities that can transmit information not only to foreigners but also to visually and hearing impaired persons.SOLUTION: Software that provides a multilingual information system is recorded in a code EX and printed on a paper medium. Multilingual synthetic sound and video information, multilingual text information, and English version automatic translation software are tagged and stored in advance in a server part on internet VPN. A multilingual information system dedicated to foreign tourists and operable in large-scale commercial facilities enables a foreign tourist to select national language of required multilingual information by photographing the printed code EX with a camera of a smartphone, and the software causes the smartphone to output sounds, images, and telop automatically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
