PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lending management program and the like capable of identifying a period from booking to lending.SOLUTION: The booking management program is configured to cancel a booking when any processing corresponding to the booking is not executed within a period which is set based on the booking. The booking management program causes a computer to execute a series of processing to estimate a period in which the ratio that the processing is executed without being canceled relevant to the present booking exceeds a predetermined ratio based on a piece of distribution information on the period from the booking to a point when the processing is executed and to output the estimated period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
