PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the bubble generation member, device and method capable of stably generating microbubbles or nano-bubbles.SOLUTION: A bubble generation member 1 has a bubble generation tube 3 comprising a porous base material 31 and one or plural porous membranes 35 having pores finer than the porous base material 31 on at least one of the inside and outside of the porous base material 31, and supplies a gas from the side of the porous base material 31 to that of the porous membrane 35 on an outermost surface to generate bubbles having the magnitude of at least one of a microbubble and nano-bubble in a liquid. In the bubble generation member 1, the average pore diameter of the porous membrane 35 on the outermost surface of the bubble generation tube 3 is 0.3 nm to 1 μm and the thickness of the porous membrane is 50 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
