PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize ensuring of the sufficient amount of dissolved oxygen, etc., and the effect of water quality improvement and to achieve energy saving and the improvement of operation efficiency by selecting an operation condition of various control patterns during the operation of the bubble generator according to various changes of conditions and a purpose, and to purify the water quality by effectively extracting ammonia gas and the like which are dissolved in a liquid to be treated.;SOLUTION: One kind of the control pattern is selected among a plurality kinds of control patterns stored in a storage part 32, and a control part 31 controls the supply flow rate of air 26 and the supply flow rate of water 11 to be treated based on the selected control pattern. Dissolved gas is extracted as micro bubbles from the water 11 to be treated by cavitation effect in a bubble generator 21, and the micro bubbles are quickly moved to the water surface together with the rise of large bubbles, thereby surely and quickly removing the dissolved gas from the water 11 to be treated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
