Process for treating a landfill leachate or a liquid leachate or sludge from leachate and device for carrying out the process. The invention relates to a method of treating a landfill leachate (1) or a liquid leachate concentrate (2), or sludge (3) from a leachate, stored in a storage tank. (6, 7, 8), comprising the steps: a) evacuating a hermetic enclosure (9) and pumping the leachate, concentrate or sludge from the tank to said enclosure; b) adding a coagulant product (16) to said chamber, by vacuum suction, and first mixing of the concentrate or leachate or sludge-coagulant mixture; c) adds a flocculant (22), by vacuum suction, to said mixture in the chamber and second stirring, in order to obtain a mixture of concentrate or leachate or sludge-coagulant-flocculant agglomerated in the form of flocs; d) spraying said agglomerated mixture into at least one permeable geotextile tube (32, 32a, 32b, 32c); e) Heating the tube and obtaining a storable dry material.
