A virtual reality technology-based retina detection system, comprising: a display module (12), which is used for displaying a three-dimensional image (a light spot) having depth of field to a detected person; a lens module (11), which is located between the eyes of the detected person and the display module (12) and is used for amplifying the light spot projected by the display module (12) and mapping same into the eyes of the detected person such that the three-dimensional image displayed by the display module (12) occupies the entire visual field of the detected person; a controller subsystem (10), which is used for controlling the acquisition of the visual field boundary of the detected person and test light spot information; a head movement tracking subsystem (3), which is used for detecting head movement information and eliminating the influence of head movement on visual detection; and an eye movement tracking subsystem (2), which is used for detecting focal point information of the detected person. Thus, a health state detection result of each region of the retina of the detected person may be objectively and accurately tracked and evaluated, characteristics may be quantified, and the system is accurate and efficient.
