Provided are a virtual reality technology-based medical image display method, a medical image processing system and a multi-person collaborative interaction method. The medical image display method comprises the following steps: sharing three-dimensional geometric model data, so that a VR device automatically loads and renders and displays a three-dimensional geometric model therein; according to a user interaction command, converting the three-dimensional geometric model in a display scene of the VR device to obtain conversion parameters; and the VR device synchronously converting and operating the three-dimensional geometric model according to the conversion parameters, and displaying same. The medical image processing system comprises a control unit, a data processing unit, a display unit, an interaction unit and a transmission unit which are communicatively connected to one another.
