A rare earth permanent magnet material, a raw material composition, a preparation method, an application, and a motor. The present rare earth permanent magnet material comprises the following ingredients in mass percentage: R 28.5-33.0 wt.%; RH >1.5 wt.%; Cu 0-0.08 wt.%, but not 0 wt.%; Co 0.5-2.0 wt.%; Ga 0.05-0.30 wt.%; B 0.95-1.05 wt.%; and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The R-T-B system permanent magnet material has excellent properties and, under the condition that the content of heavy rare earth elements in the permanent magnetic material is 3.0-4.5 wt.%, Br ≥12.78 kGs and Hcj ≥29.55 kOe; under the condition that the content of heavy rare earth elements in the permanent magnetic material is 1.5-2.5 wt.%, Br ≥13.06 kGs and Hcj ≥26.31 kOe.
