Provided are a radio frequency exposure control method and apparatus for a wireless device, and a wireless device. The method comprises: acquiring an average radio frequency exposure value of a target time window, wherein the target time window is a standard time window; determining a power threshold value corresponding to the average radio frequency exposure value, wherein the power threshold value is a preset power value corresponding to a preset value range within which the average radio frequency exposure value falls; and controlling a transmitting power of a wireless device according to the power threshold value within a controlled time window, wherein a start moment of the controlled time window is an end moment of the target time window, and the duration of the controlled time window is shorter than the duration of a standard time window. In the method, a power threshold value can be preset according to an actual application scenario, and the setting is relatively rational; and the radio frequency exposure of a wireless device is controlled according to the power threshold value, without affecting the communication performance of the wireless device, and the applicability of the method is better.
