Provided is a distributed insulation detection device for a multi-stage DC system, it detects a ground insulation fault of the multi-stage DC system through a basic insulation combination module, uses a sampling module to collect voltage and/or leakage current data in the multi-stage DC system, transfers the collected voltage and/or leakage current data to an intelligent control module for data processing, and then controls the resistance values of the basic insulation combination module and of an intelligent resistance switching network module to adjust the total balance resistance of the distributed insulation detection device for the multi-stage DC system.
