Provided is a lever-type internal-folding synchronous rotation mechanism; the main body of the structure comprises a connecting positioning mechanism (1), and a rotation unit (2) and compensation mechanism (3) arranged in combination therewith; the rotation unit (2) is a gear synchronization unit (201) or a link synchronization unit (202), and the connecting positioning mechanism (1) comprises a connecting positioning movable frame (4) at the end part; the rotation unit (2) comprises a middle gear set (5), an elastic block (6), a lever block (7), and a rotating movable frame (8) combined therewith, the rotating movable frame (8) being symmetrically distributed on the two sides; the lever block (7) concomitantly rotates the gear set (5) and the rotating movable frame (8) to achieve synchronous rotation of 0°-180° by means of the principle of leverage, and connects with a semi-circular arc tube position to achieve synchronous rotation; the gear set (5) comprises a gear (9) and a gear rack block (10) distributed symmetrically on the two sides, and the compensation mechanism (3) consists of a sliding connection between the rotating movable frame (8) and a slide groove movable frame (11) to perform screen compensation.
