The present invention relates to a document creation system using augmented reality and virtual reality, and a processing method thereof. The document creation system of the present invention creates and stores various types of virtual documents by writing the contents of an object at the location of an object displayed in an augmented reality or virtual reality image by one user, and provides a virtual document to another user. Or, share it so that it can be viewed in a virtual reality video. The document creation system creates and shares virtual documents using a mobile terminal capable of expressing augmented reality or virtual reality. The document creation system shares virtual documents between mobile terminals by using a P2P method or a server method. According to the present invention, by expressing a virtual document created using augmented reality or virtual reality to be shared in real time, a new document sharing platform can be implemented to provide differentiated services to users.
