The vacuum rotary heat treatment apparatus according to the present invention relates to a device that makes nitrogen uniformly contact the entire surface of the aluminum composite powder to form a reaction layer in a few micrometers, and allows simultaneous high vacuum atmosphere and gas injection while rotating. Through the process, the gas can be in close contact with the surface of the aluminum composite powder to form a homogeneous nitride layer, so that a large amount of inert gas does not flow, so that gas consumption can be reduced. The vacuum rotary heat treatment apparatus according to the present invention forms a uniform aluminum nitride layer on the surface of the aluminum composite powder in order to solve the problem of sintering of aluminum composite powder for the development of lightweight component materials for vehicles. By lowering the wetting angle with the liquid phase, the wettability can be improved, thereby solving the problem of sintering properties.
