PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a sensor chip for easily measuring an amount of a substance in a liquid sample such as a blood and urine; a module thereof; and a sensor using the sensor chip and the module.SOLUTION: A first temperature sensor 20A, a second temperature sensor 20B, and a reaction part 6 are mounted on a thin film 10 thermally separated from a substrate 1; a liquid sample reaches the reaction part 6 through a flow path 17 provided on the thin film 10, and a calorific value of thermal reaction when a specific sample component comes into contact with a corresponding enzyme 4 fixed to the reaction part 6 is determined using a differential output between the first temperature sensor 20A and the second temperature sensor 20B, thus acquiring information relating to an amount of the specific component in a humor. The enzyme 4 is configured to be electrodeposited and immobilized via an electrode pad on the substrate after forming the sensor chip. Respective types of enzymes 4 are immobilized on reaction parts 6 of a plurality of independent thin films 10 respectively and arrayed, so that various types of substrates can be simultaneously detected by a single-time injection of the liquid sample.
