To speedily perform the formation or the change of a circuit pattern by exposing a light without using a photo-mask.SOLUTION: A circuit pattern manufacturing device includes: a stage for holding a sheet or a substrate to which a mixture containing a conductive material and a photo-curing resin is coated; and an optical engine for irradiating a laser beam. The optical engine includes: a casing; at least one of a first laser diode and a second laser diode which emits a laser beam; a collimator lens that adjusts a focal distance of the laser beam in an infinite distance; a prism mirror that reflects the laser beam from the first laser diode, and further reflects the laser beam in accordance with an optical axis of the second laser diode; and a driving mirror that reflects the laser beam while changing an angle to a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. The laser beam cures the photo-curing resin by being applied to the mixture. The optical engine performs a scanning irradiation by overlapping the laser beam from the first laser diode and the laser beam from the second laser diode so that a circuit patter is formed on the sheet or the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
