The present invention provides an STT-based language speaking learning-training system. In the STT-based language speech learning-training system according to the present invention, user spoken text information generated by automatic speech recognition is output on the screen window of the display unit, and the user's pronunciation is different from the spelling intended by the user. By providing a process for correcting user speech text information that can correct any recognized part, individual evaluation of learning/training can be performed accurately, improving concentration on learning/training and inspiring motivation for learning/training at the same time. In addition to minimizing the time and effort required for supervision and inspection of the learning/training manager, it is applied to foreign language learning-trainingative language learning-training/memorization learning/memorization learning processes, and various types of processes or modes. By providing a learning-training process that is combined in various ways, user-customized step-by-step learning-training is possible, thereby increasing learning-training efficiency.
