In this case, after cooling, the binder, which is caustic dolomite (MgO×CaCO₃), is activated by grinding in an apparatus with an external electromagnetic field, into which it is fed by means of the translational movement of the piston along the inner cavity of a non-magnetic continuous pipe into the zone of rotating anisotropic ferromagnetic bodies with a diameter of 0.8-1.5 mm and 5-10 mm long, the movement of which is provided by the external electromagnetic field of the apparatus.
