An automatic detection device for response characteristics of fluorescent probe environment parameters, comprising a fluorescent light source module for generating a light source; a fluorescent signal detection module for detecting a fluorescent signal corresponding to a fluorescent probe solution to be detected; an environment parameter sensing module for sensing the light intensity, the temperature of said solution and the pH value of said solution; an environment parameter adjustment module for adjusting environment parameters of said solution; and a central controller (4) connected to the fluorescent light source module, the fluorescent signal detection module, the environment parameter sensing module, the environment parameter adjustment module and a computer (34) respectively. Said device can automatically and directionally adjust and maintain environment parameters corresponding to a detection system by means of the environment parameter adjustment module, and efficiently and automatically acquire fluorescent probe response signals corresponding to different detection environment parameters, thereby realizing the efficient detection of the response characteristics of the fluorescent probe to environment parameters.
