An atomizing tray (7), a spray drying atomizer and a high viscosity material atomizing method therefor. The atomizing tray (7) is an inverted taper-shaped truncated cone having a large upper portion and a small lower portion, and the truncated cone is hollow; the side wall of the atomizing tray (7) is provided with inverted tapered holes (10); the diameter of the end of each inverted tapered hole (10) on the inner side of the atomizing tray (7) is not greater than 1 mm, and the diameter of the end of each inverted tapered hole on the outer side of the atomizing tray (7) is 100 μm to 450 μm; the angle between the side wall of the atomizing tray (7) and the upper horizontal plane of the truncated cone is an acute angle; and the spray drying atomizer comprises the atomizing tray (7). The high viscosity material atomizing method uses the spray drying atomizer.
