Provided are a novel inflammatory bowel disease determination method, a diagnosis probe and a diagnosis kit. This method for determining whether inflammatory bowel disease is present includes the measurement of anti-endothelial cell protein C receptor antibodies (anti-EPCR antibodies) in a specimen collected from a test subject.
