The invention relates to a fixing apparatus (1) providing fixing of wavy or formed surfaced parts onto magnetic table of grinding machine and thus providing grinding of them characterized in comprising; base table (10) seated onto magnetic grinding lathe and having all components thereon, T channel (11) formed alongside on said base table (10), T nut (60) placed into said T channel (11) and capable to move back and forth in the channel and functioning to conduct compressing/fixing, bases (20) placed on said base table (10) and whereon piece to be ground is placed, connecting wedge (30) located on said bases (20) and providing compression of pieces to be subject to grinding and thus providing fixed staying of them, thrust (40) providing support by leaning onto connecting wedge (30), connection member (50) connected said connecting wedge (30) and thrust (40) to T nut (60) and thus providing fixing thereof.
