Another embodiment of the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle, anti-wrinkle, anti-UV damage and whitening, using 4-bromo-3-methylisoxazol-5-amine as an active ingredient. The composition as described above can exhibit various effects such as anti-wrinkle, anti-wrinkle, anti-UV damage and whitening while containing only a small amount of a scrubber sap or its active ingredient, 4-bromo-3-methylisoxazol-5-amine.
