Since the novel strain of the present invention has resistance under anaerobic conditions and culture conditions containing an excess of hydrogen peroxide, it has resistance under reactive oxygen conditions, that is, a defense mechanism against oxidative stress. In addition, since the novel strain of the present invention has resistance under reactive oxygen conditions, it is possible to maintain a normal microbial flora present in a target organ. Therefore, the novel strain of the present invention can be very usefully used for maintaining a normal microbial flora or enhancing immune activity in an environment in which active oxygen is present.
