METHOD FOR SYSTEMATIZING AND PRESENTING INFORMATION ABOUT PLANNED EVENTS

A method for systematizing and presenting information about planned events consists in creating an electronic calendar in one or several languages, in which each event includes a variety of information regarding the date and time of the event, the location thereof and other additional (useful) information, including advertising information, and the category and/or type and/or group to which the event belongs. The calendar allows events to be sorted (filtered) according to language, event location (country and/or town/city and/or geographical coordinates), time (date or period), and category and/or type of event. The calendar, or a part thereof in the case of the use of filters (sorting), is exported to a file (format) with an extension corresponding to a calendar event file, and a direct link is generated to said file, inter alia in the form of a QR code. Thereafter, the QR code can be scanned from a site on the Internet or from a point of display in a public setting (on advertising spaces in airports and train stations, or on theatre or museum tickets), using a camera of a mobile device, and the calendar file can be uploaded to the memory of said mobile device. The inclusion of the above-mentioned information (date, time, contacts, event location coordinates) in the calendar event file facilitates navigation around town as well as personal scheduling taking into account upcoming events, and also allows efficient organization of business processes.
