A method of manufacturing micro- and nano-constriction type structures on a YBCO thin film, the method including ablating a predefined pattern onto the thin film by means of a femtosecond laser, and a superconductor device which includes a YBCO thin film onto which a predefined pattern is ablated by means of a femtosecond laser.
