The portable brush cleaner of the present invention is an invention that cleans the brush while saving water used when cleaning the water-based brush used for art and painting, and inserts the brush into the tubular cleaner body in a state in which a small amount of water is added. And, the present invention relates to an invention in which a brush is quickly cleaned using pressure generated by contraction and expansion of a washer body, and contaminated water is easily drained out of the washer body by using it to clean the brush.
