The purpose of the present invention is to provide a port structure of a containment apparatus, which is capable of forming a port of an arbitrarily defined size at an arbitrarily defined position and providing a highly reliable port that maintains high airtightness. This port structure of the containment apparatus comprises: a port forming hole (30) that is formed in a transparent synthetic resin sheet (4) defining at least a part of a chamber (6); an inner ring member (40) that is arranged on the inner surface side of the port forming hole; an outer ring member (50) that is arranged on the outer surface side of the port forming hole; and a fastening member (60) that connects the inner ring member and the outer ring member in the state of holding the peripheral edge of the port forming hole between both members.
