PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental abutment screw which can prevent the screw from loosening due to a manducation and articulation which are to be repeated daily after an implantation treatment, in which a rupture of a fixture due to an unexpected stress concentration can be prevented by preventing the loosening of the screw.SOLUTION: A dental abutment screw for fastening an abutment 7 and a fixture includes a head part 1 having a head bearing surface 5 that engages with an abutment bearing surface 8 which is a stepped surface provided on an inner surface of the abutment, the abutment screw having a screw part on one end which engages with a female screw part inside the fixture and having a hollow through hole 9 provided on the other end via a shank part 2. A groove 4 is provided to the head part 1 in such a manner that the head bearing surface 5 can be elastically deformed when the abutment 7 and the fixture are fastened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
