The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a silicon-carbon composite using a liquid plasma and a silicon-carbon composite synthesized therefrom, and more particularly, to a silicon nanoparticle rather than a silicon carbide compound through a liquid plasma. The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a silicon-carbon composite using liquid plasma to enable simultaneous synthesis of silicon and carbon by forming a silicon-carbon composite in which silicon nanoparticles are uniformly distributed in a matrix, and a silicon-carbon composite synthesized therefrom. .
