PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive immunization method for shellfish which is effective for integrating into a purification system for shellfish. SOLUTION: The immunoglobulin is taken into the body of the shellfish by adding an immunoglobulin to a water tank 4 in which the shellfish is bred so as to have a predetermined concentration.
