Urethane foam and toner transfer rollers

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane foam capable of suppressing desorption of carbon black during a manufacturing process. A urethane foam containing a urethane foam base material, carbon black impregnated in the urethane foam base material, and a binder impregnated in the urethane foam together with the carbon black. Carbon black consists of carbon black in which the particles have a hollow shell-like structure. The ratio of the binder to carbon black is 100 to 500% by mass. It contains 1.0 to 4.0 g of carbon black per 1 L of urethane foam base material volume. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
