PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam sheet having a low environmental load and excellent impact resistance, and an adhesive tape provided with the foam sheet. The foam sheet of the present invention is a foam sheet containing a bio-based polyolefin resin, and the bio ratio of the foam sheet is 25% by mass or more and the breaking strength in the plane direction is 1.0 MPa or more.
