PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress local impact force input to a case. A parking pole (5) having a transmission case (10), an engaging portion (51) engaging with a parking gear (9), and an operated portion (53) and swingably supported by a rotating shaft (X1), and a parking pole. A parking rod 6 having a cam 6 that abuts on 5 and rotates the parking pole 5 in a direction that engages the engaging portion 51 with the parking gear 9, and the engaging portion 51 are separated from the parking gear 9 and the cam is used. A spring Sp2 that urges the spring Sp2 to abut the spring 6 and a stopper member 7 that locks the parking pole 5 against the urging force of the spring Sp2 are provided, and the contact portion between the parking pole 5 and the stopper member 7 is provided. The inclined surface 52c of the parking pole 5 and the inclined surface 71c of the stopper member 7 are inclined with respect to the rotating shaft X1 when viewed from the direction of the rotating shaft X1.
