PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an odor identification sensor of the present invention with an organic polymer, a surfactant and a conductive substance which modulates a change in the electric resistance of a mixture generated when an odor component permeates the organic polymer, as compared with a conventional one. Providing a combination has the effect of improving the odor discrimination performance. The present invention provides a resin composition (W) for an odor identification probe containing a resin (A), a surfactant (B), and a conductive carbon material (C), and an odor identification sensor containing the same.
