PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device and a wearable display device capable of detecting a spatial position of the outside world with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A fluoroscopic light guide unit 100C for guiding image light, a positioning unit DT provided on the fluoroscopic light guide unit 100C, a camera CA for detecting the space in the outside world, and a fluoroscopic unit DT in contact with the positioning unit DT. It is attached to the type light guide unit 100C and includes a camera holder CH for holding the camera CA. In this case, the camera holder CH abuts on the positioning portion DT to ensure high position accuracy when the camera CA is attached to the fluoroscopic light guide unit 100C.
