The curved cover a is connected to hinged supporting-levers b, hinged at opposite ends by pivots b1, to levers c, which are pivoted at c1 to the seat frame, the pivot pins b1, c1 being diagonally disposed, as shown in Fig. 3. Each seat generally has two covers a, which may be lifted from the front or back to uncover the dry seat A' and form a back-rebt.
