10,964. Pounce, G. May 14. Perambulators and children's mail carts.-Relates to a strap attachment to perambulators, mail carts, &c., for retaining children in position in the seats. The back and seat are fitted with ovalshaped screw eyes a, b to retain a back strap c, through a loop f in the top of which is passed the waist strap e. A keeper d forms the loop in the back strap. For a reclining position, the strap c is removed from the eye b and placed along the seat of the vehicle.
