Letters and numerals; signs.-Letters, figures, signs, devices, &c. for shop windows or other surfaces are cut, moulded, stamped, or otherwise made of celluloid, a flange being left round the edges, in the case of letters or figures, for fixing purposes. The letters &c. may be of a prismatic or a trough-like shape for fixing respectively outside or inside windows. The celluloid may be coloured, and is preferably so thin as to be translucent.
