The shelf 20 is attached by radial arms to a central hub supported on a shoulder of the central standard 3. Ball bearings are provided both between the standard axis and the hub and between the latter and the shoulder supporting it. A flange 21 is fitted on the interior edge of the shelf and is provided with racks 22 for holding papers &c.
