Locks, key.-In a hasp lock, the mechanism L is housed on the hasp H, the lock casing being formed by bending the lower end of the hasp at h3 and at h4 and then folding-up the sides h2 to form a box-like portion. A cover-plate h5 completes the casing. The mechanism comprises oppositelymoving bolts l, h, and a tumbler l4, the stump l5 of which extends across the two bolts and engages notches l2 in the edges thereof. The bolts are adapted to engage with a locking plate M bolted to the body of the trunk, box, bag, or other receptacle.
