Moving and changing apparatus.-Advertisements are alternately covered and uncovered by shutters B operated by a pair of hinged arms E, controlled by a button and cone C, the cone sliding in between the prolongations of the arms E. The cone is guided by a pin G in its apex engaging a hole in the staple H. After the cone has forced the arms E apart and opened the shutters by means of shots K engaging pins F on the shutters, springs D cause the arms and shutters to close up again.
