Wheel-scrapers on vehicles.-A nail or thorn remover for the tyres of motor-cycles is adjustably attached to the framework of the machine, or to a stand therefor, by means of clips comprising two parts C, E adapted to be drawn together by a bolt F and nut G so as to grip the frame A, and to draw the nail-remover B down against the part C. The ends of the nailremover may pass through holes in the bolts as shown in Fig. 3, or the bolt may have no head, the ends passing through holes in the stem of the bolt. In a modification, the bolts pass through slots in flattened portions on the ends of the nail-remover. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 16,179/03, [Class 44, Fastenings, Lock &c.].
