Tivoli billiards and the like. - The apparatus is of the type in which a ball is projected by a striker towards one or more cups, and if caught in the winning receptacle effects the delivery of a check. The ball is always projected with the same force by a spring-controlled lever c, which is depressed by a cam b1 on an external operating handle until a pin c1 on the lever escapes past the cam, whereupon a spring e returns the lever and projects the ball.
