Post cards and letter-paper; menu and like cards.-Cards and sheets of paper are cut inwards for a short distance from one edge, to one side of the central line, and the cut parts are folded in opposite directions to form two unequal feet c, d, thus providing an integral stand for displaying matter, such as a calendar, menu, picture, photograph, memoranda, or advertisernents. Or the cards or sheets may be provided with an indication, such as a printed line or line of perforations, for the cut, and instructions for cutting and bending. In the case of a post card, the feet are provided on the edge adjacent to the printed heading, so that this is not seen when the card is stood upright. A sheet of letter paper may be combined with a detachable portion of post-card size marked for cutting to form feet.
