Electric appliances.-Consists of the combination of exercising apparatus of the chest-expanded type, having several india-rubber springs, with spring-grip handles, means for administering electricity being also provided. The handles 1 each consist of two parts 4 which close together when the handle is gripped and compress springs 11, 27. The tension of the springs can be adjusted by a nut 12. Electric currents may be led to the handles 1 by wires W for therapeutic purposes.
