151,309. Parfitt, W. J., and Jenkins, A. May 19, 1919. Self-driving plant.-An electric motor 4 drives a dynamo 7 which furnishes current to the motor and to an external circuit 12. A storage battery 1 and a starting-switch 2 are connected between the dynamo and motor. A belt drive as shown or preferably gear wheel transmission is employed, the ratios being such that the speed of the dynamo is greater than that of the motor. The object of the invention is to " supply electricity to an external circuit without receiving energy from external sources."
