Moulding-machines.-A machine for granulating or granulating and mixing fine moist materials comprises a rotary disc B between two stationary discs A. The disc B carries a number of cups or receptacles D which take the material frcm the hopper G and convey it to the point of contact of the disc with the straight sieve E. The cups &c. D are pivoted to the disc B, and their forward ends d2 are heavier than their rear ends d3 so that normally the latter fits into slots b in the disc B. As the cups approach the sieve their ends d2 are pressed inwards and the contents of the cup are expressed through the sieve.
